1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized items
- Opened hygiene-related products (mats, pillows, wearable items)
- Items damaged by customer misuse or modification
3. Return Window

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for:

- Validity of claim
We will notify you of approval or rejection.
6. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not include:
- Shipping fees
- Cash-on-delivery charges
- Handling fees
Unless the return is caused by our mistake.
7. Exchanges
If you want an exchange:

- Place a new order for the replacement product
