1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship throughout Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia
  • Sabah
  • Sarawak

International shipping may be added in the future.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Duration

Peninsular Malaysia

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Sabah & Sarawak

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier issues, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on:

  • Total weight/size of products
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method chosen

Shipping charges are displayed before checkout confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier service details
  • Tracking link

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Failure to collect from courier branch

The package may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or tampered with:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide photos, videos, and tracking number.
  3. We will file a claim with the courier.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
